Welcome Back

Welcome back.

I've been on hiatus for a year. During the last year I have been growing in my art and in my discipleship with Jesus.

I honestly never thought I would ever say those words so if they shock you I understand. Even saying them now. I still feel a bit of uncomfortableness, and saying those words because it's still fresh in my mind that I probably would have left this page as soon as I read anything about Jesus or Christianity.

If that first paragraph hasn't scared you away then welcome again. I'm glad you're still here. As I have been growing in my knowledge of the Bible, I've been creating art about how certain words or ideas have been impacting my life. This has been a healing and revealing Journey for me. This will be what soulful expressions is evolving into. A deeper, more spiritual exploration of self, faith, Christianity, culture, and so much more.

Some of the first few videos and blog posts are going to be about how I felt and grew with the idea. That man is a spirit and our bodies are made from clay. I have experienced lust and how I have been moving through that. Celibacy, the idea of being hidden by God, baptism… I look forward to sharing all these ideas and more with you. I look forward to hearing from you about how my ideas, my understanding of the Bible, and how my creativity impacts you.
